At Holtwhites Hotel, we value the great personal relationship we have with our guests and visitors. With this in mind, we feel that it’s important to assure you of the stringent and thorough procedures we have in place, to help protect the people staying and working within our hotels in the wake of the COVID-19
We have an excellent Health and Safety team who have drawn up and implemented comprehensive and stringent health and safety protocols to protect both our guests and our employees.
In addition to wanting to ensure our guests remain healthy, we also want you to be comfortable and confident when choosing to visit us.
We recognise that the situation is worrying but we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the developing situation and following Government guidance to ensure you can enjoy the stay you deserve.
We are opened for business as usual and in the meantime, we will provide any updates on this page as the situation progresses.

When visiting our hotel, we would ask all our guests to take the following sensible Government Advice:
Washing hands regularly. Wash hands for at least 30 seconds and use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser if soap and water is not available.
Maintain good hygiene practices such as using tissues when coughing or sneezing and disposing of the tissue in a bin.
We assure you of our best attention at all times.

On behalf of the entire team, it is our pleasure in welcoming you to Holtwhites Hotel!
At Holtwhites Hotel we always strive to improve your guest experience and do so by continuous upgrades of our hotel facilities and services, which take us from Good to Best on our quest to satisfy our valued guests.
It is, therefore, our great pleasure to inform you that we have commenced our long-awaited renovation project, which will completely transform our guest rooms and our public spaces.
The renovation started on the 16th September 2019 and will take around 12 months for completion.
Although guests are able to see the work which is being carried out, they will not be affected by it. We will certainly do our best to keep the construction disturbance to the very minimum but would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you during your stay with us.
Works are being carried out from 8:00am until 4:30pm daily.
We are convinced that our new facilities will make your future stays with us even more enjoyable, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding while we make these great enhancements to our hotel.

...I was amazed at the room, it was spotless, en suite was lovely, the room was spacious and beds were comfy. TV worked, tea and coffee in the room and the staff were extremely accommodating especially as I arrived massively early for check in. Cannot fault the place and will definitely stay again next time I'm in Enfield. Plus - free parking! What's not to love!Mandy D - TripAdvisor
