Terms & Conditions
1. CANCELLATION
Standard cancellation is 10.00 AM day prior to arrival to avoid any charges being levied, the full room rate is payable if cancelled after this time.
For bookings of more than 4 rooms we will need 10 days’ notice for cancellations or amendments.
2. RESERVATION
All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid credit/debit card.
Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT. Meals are not included in the room price.
Holtwhites Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time.
Holtwhite Hotel may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. For details of our most current prices please check our website www.holtwhites.com or contact us on 020 8363 0124.
3. PAYMENT
Holtwhites Hotel accepts payment by all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo/Electron, and Delta) or cash (customers paying with cash are required to provide identification plus £100.00 deposits on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport.)
There is no charge for payments made with debit/credit cards.
4. CHECK IN
Earliest time to check in is 12.00 noon and the latest time is 9.30 PM. Please inform the reception if you are going to check in after this time on 020 8363 0124.
5. CHECK OUT
Your room must be vacant by 10.00 AM on the day of departure, late check outs are subject to a charge of a full room rate. If a guest wishes to check out earlier than the departure date booked he must inform reception by 10.00 AM the day prior. Failure to do that will result in full room rate being charged.
